The staff was very courteous and smiling! The place was clean and nice. The hotel also allowed to store/keep our luggage after we checked out.

Our room was exceptionally spacious, fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and spotlessly clean—truly a home away from home. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with plenty of variety to suit every palate. The hotel has seen better days, but it's still good considering its price and location. Our room is nice, but not new. It's just walking distance from the Old Quarter, Opera House and Hoan Kiem Lake. You can practically just walk around and find a lot of stores, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants to visit. The staff are also nice and they also offered us a shuttle to the airport (for a fee, of course), when we told them that our flight is very early in the morning. That saved us the effort of having to book a taxi for probably a more expensive fare. Overall, it was a nice and comfy stay. Thanks!

I am so happy and saisfied that i choose this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. All the staff were accomodating. They were helpful how i am going to navigate using the google map. The place is all near local cafes and food

i was hesitant to book here because of some reviews but our experience was good. the linens were changed daily and the interior of the room was clean. the staff were accommodating in answering our questions. there are many shops, massage places, pharmacy, and restaurants near the hotel and is within walking distance from train street.
