Delivery Terms & Conditions

Delivery

  • Unless otherwise stated, delivery is handled by a third party courier/service provider. Any delivery times shown are estimates only and actual delivery time may vary
  • Any individual at the delivery address who accepts the delivery is presumed to be authorised to receive such delivery. Any designated alternative recipient shall accept the delivery under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply to you had you accepted the delivery yourself
  • In the case of inclement weather or other events beyond our control that interfere with the third-party courier/service provider ability to deliver the products/items, Merchant will attempt to procure delivery as soon as reasonably possible and if this is not feasible, Merchant will cancel the delivery and we will issue you a credit or refund of the purchase price for such products/items

Guidelines

  • Upon delivery, you are responsible for inspecting all products/items receive for any damage or other quality issues upon delivery
  • The relevant Merchant strives to provide you with high-quality products/items, and given the perishable nature of certain products/items, the relevant Merchant may be required to make substitutions from time to time. This shall not be considered as damage/quality issues
  • To maintain the quality and integrity of the products/items, we recommend that you immediately refrigerate all perishable products/items upon delivery
  • The condition and consumption of the products/items are at your sole risk and you are solely responsible for the proper and safe washing, handling, preparation, storage, cooking, use and consumption of the products/items following delivery
  • We highly recommend that all cooking instructions to be followed strictly to ensure that all meat, poultry, seafood and other applicable products/items are cooked thoroughly
  • Failure to follow safe food handling practices and recommendations may increase the risk of foodborne illness
  • Individuals, pregnant women, young children and the elderly with compromised immune systems and/or food allergies are solely responsible for the consumption of the products/items
  • We are not obligated to provide ingredient information or allergen information and we cannot guarantee any of the products/items sold is free of allergens. If you have allergies, allergic reactions or dietary restrictions and requirements, please contact the relevant Merchant before purchasing

Cancellation / Refund policy

  • In the unlikely event that you have any reason to believe that the product/items delivered are not suitable for consumption due to damage/quality issues, kindly contact Klook Travel Customer Service Hotline found in your voucher immediately or within 24 hours from the time you receive the delivery with photos/videos as proof of evidence. We will provide you with full or partial credit or refund of the purchase of the products/items PROVIDED ALWAYS that such unsuitability for consumption arises through no fault of your own

Restriction on Goods

  • Some of the products/items we offer are subject to restrictions for purchase, depending on the applicable laws of the country you purchase from. These restrictions include minimum age requirements for alcohol/alcoholic products/items and any other products/items that we reserve the right not to sell/deliver to you based on the relevant statutory requirements of the time being in force
  • Any offer for any products/items made is void when it is prohibited by law
  • To purchase alcohol products/items, you must be of the statutory legal age. We, the Merchant and third party courier/service provider, as the case may be, reserve the right in their sole discretion (i) to ask for a valid proof of age; and/or (ii) to refuse delivery if you or the designated alternative recipient or the individual at the delivery address who accepts the delivery is or appears to be below the legal age, or fails to provide a valid proof of age; and/or to refuse delivery to any individuals for any reason whatsoever
