Not to exaggerate but this is one of the best tour I’ve been on in awhile. Very professional guide, great energy, great music, great navigator too. Our guide knows a lot about the in and out of Phillip Island too, which spot is great for spotting wildlife or has the better the Gelato. I guess it’s on Klook’s Choice for a reason. Kudos Explore Australia Team, Kudos our guide Brooke. 👍🏻💯

Tour guide KEN’s speech was very vivid! He introduced a lot of local living conditions in Melbourne, and he patiently explained our questions clearly.

Joined the Puffing Billy & Philip Island Tour and Great Ocean Road Tour. Picked up / Drop-off location was great since it’s within the CBD area. Also visited many iconic tourist attractions during the tours!

Good itinerary and didn't need to rush through the items. Our guide is Jono and he is very knowledgeable and friendly, giving us a nice time during the bus ride and provide us with good tips and information about our visits. We enjoy the tour so much. The shuttle bus was comfortable. Our original choice of pickup location at Dockside Tower was not available and was reassigned at The Savoy Hotel. It would be better if a closer alternative were offered as during the return trip, one of the stops is at Ritz Carlton which is slightly closer to Dockside Towers than the Savoy.

There are two main attractions, the first is the steam train and the second is to see the penguins, the rest of the time is overcast on the train, so it’s not very good to see, however it is very special when the penguins come ashore at 6:00pm and get there at probably 5:00pm and start waiting

a pretty long day tour, puffing billy was just okay with your legs dangling out, but the tour guide Brooke made it interesting an lively. really liked the penguin parade at the end of the tour!

The overall formation is very good, the tour guide arranged the time well and did not make people feel nervous. The distance between several attractions is a bit far. It takes 2 hours to get back to the city. It is also great to arrange so many attractions in one day. The stay in the zoo is a bit short.

Curtis guide is witty and humorous, and speaks Cantonese and Mandarin can go with family they can understand, the experience is super good! The little train is super fun, the legs can stretch out. It's so cute to watch penguins come ashore while unwinding😍
